Description

These garlic fries are crunch salty goodness. Pair them with a thick juicy steak or all by themselves.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Baking Potatoes
  • 4 teaspoons Vegetable Oil
  • ¾ teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 8 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley, Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Using a mandoline or by hand cut potatoes into strips, keeping the skin on. Put in a large bowl. Add oil and salt. Mix to combine. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Line potatoes in the pan in a single layer. Bake for 50 minutes, turning after 20 minutes.

Place butter and garlic in a pan and cook over low heat for about 2 minutes. Add potato, parsley, and Parmesan. Toss to combine. Serve immediately.

Oh, Veronica… you don’t know how happy I am to see these! I LOVE the garlic fries at Gordon Biersch restaurants, but we don’t have one anywhere near us. I only get to eat them when we travel. I cannot wait to try these. They sound just like GB’s version. You rock!

Delicious and easy to make! I would reccomend turning the fries several times to keep them from burning, though.
