Description

Paper-thin slices of radish and carrot are tossed together in a creamy, cool dill dressing.

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoons Dried Dill
  • ⅓ cups Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Agave Syrup
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • 3 cups Radishes, Very Thinly Sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots, Very Thinly Sliced

Preparation

In a large bowl, whisk together the dill, mayonnaise, vinegar, agave syrup, and salt. Add the radish and carrot slices, tossing well to ensure even dressing coverage. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Yummy! I’ve had my eye out for radishes for the last few weeks with the intention of making this. Found some beautiful heirlooms with gorgeous color. Delicious and beautiful.
