Description
Cucumbers in a creamy and tangy sauce. Perfect for summer!
Ingredients
- ⅓ cups Mayo (I Use Light)
- 1-½ teaspoon Vinegar (Up To Double The Amount, Depending On Preference)
- 2 teaspoons Milk
- 1-¼ teaspoon Sugar
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Pepper
- 1 whole English Cucumber, Peeled And Thinly Sliced
Preparation
Combine mayo, vinegar, milk, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir in cucumbers. This is best if it’s made the night before.
