Description

This corn is so delicious. The fresh rosemary bursts with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups Fresh Corn Off The Cob
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Finely Chopped Rosemary
  • ¼ teaspoons Dried Thyme
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese

Preparation

In a skillet over medium heat, combine corn, rosemary, thyme and salt. Heat to boiling, then add cream cheese until well blended. Bring to a boil and serve. Simple, easy, and so delicious!
