Description

A great side dish for Thanksgiving!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cups Cornmeal
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Flour
  • ⅓ cups Sugar
  • 3 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • Pepper To Taste
  • 19 ounces, weight Canned Whole Kernel Corn, Drained
  • 19 ounces, weight Canned Cream Corn
  • ¼ cups Melted Butter, Plus Extra For The Casserole
  • 2 whole Eggs, Beaten

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a 9″ casserole with butter.

Mix cornmeal with sour cream and set aside. Mix all the dry ingredients together. Then add the rest of the ingredients, including the cornmeal mixture, and pour into the greased casserole.

Bake 60-70 minutes.
