Description

This is a delicious and homey way to spice up your every day spuds!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Baking Potatoes, Sliced Thin
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream Or Half-and-Half
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 4 sprigs Fresh Thyme, Leaves Removed, Minced
  • 3 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Chives
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (or Cheddar Blend)
  • ½ cups Gruyere (can Be Substituted For Any Other Cheese)
  • ½ pounds Bacon, Cooked And Diced

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, tossing to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread mixture in casserole dish that has been sprayed with non stick spray. Bake for 40 minutes. Garnish with fresh chives.
