Quite possibly one of the most delicious things I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. Imagine if you will, plunging your spoon through a crispy layer of caramelized sugar to expose a silky layer of frozen creme brulee ice cream beneath. Oh yea baby, this recipe is worth every single calorie-laden bite. Break out the kitchen torch! Your family and friends are going to flip over this one.

My joke is this: that my pot roast dinner is so tasty, if I had the need to catch me a man, I’d be all set. This could be my bait. It’s SO GOOD. I’ve messed with this meat and potatoes recipe for a few years now, and I’m now at a place with it where I’m set.
I think pot roast gets a bad rep because people do it up badly. No fatty gunk or canned gravy here. This is pure goodness.

If you love onions and quiche, then you have to try this! A thick crusted pie great for brunch or a side dish.

From the depths of my almost-empty fridge comes a deliciously ugly bite-sized breakfast.

So delicious and basically fool-proof. Chicken, green beans, and toasted almonds are the perfect combination when cooking for company, a busy familly, or even just when cooking for one!

Heather is a Texas native and the blogger behind Heather's Dish. She's mom to Weston, wife to Nate, and they live in Little Rock, Arkansas with their two "stubborn and saucy" dogs Bunker and Keira. In her blog, she shares her photographs, random musings (serious and silly alike), and all kinds of scrumptious recipes---and not just evil variations of her favorite mac and cheese. Her enviable TK recipe box is a testament to that. Go see for yourself!
