Description

The most amazing and delicious healthy homemade granola. You will never buy it from a store again!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 2 cups Quick Cook Oats
  • 3 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ½ cups Pure Maple Syrup
  • ½ cups Coconut Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar (I Use Raw Turbinado Sugar)
  • 1 cup Raisins
  • 1 cup Dried Fruit Of Choice (we Love Blueberries Or Craisins)

Preparation

Heat oven to 250ºF.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Place on a baking sheet and put in the oven for thirty minutes. Remove and sift gently, then put back in the oven for 15–30 minutes or until mostly dry.

Remove from the oven and let sit out for at least one hour.

The fruit should be stirred in AFTER it bakes, otherwise it will dry out too much.
