Garlic bread with a cream cheese/mayo topping that is filled with onions, garlic and Parmesan cheese. It’s out of this world.

This bread is great to make and eat immediately. Make it before you start your meal, let it rise while you prepare the meal and eat it hot with your meal. Tastes wonderfully yeasty and buttery.

Great to serve with some olive oil and herbs! Baking time is only about ten minutes; this is almost as quick as buying one of those pop out baking good cans but way better!

No need to knead this bread – it’s easy and so good. The smell of this bread baking is such a wonderful thing. The taste is even better.

Such a great dough base!! It is very easy to change into loaves, buns, or use different herbs!

These are always a huge hit. People usually eat them until the pain of a full tummy makes them stop. They are that good.

I tried, quite literally, dozens of french bread recipes before I stumbled upon this one. It is amazing, just like the loaves you pick up at your local grocery store, only better!

Focaccia-based bread topped with crispy bacon, goat cheese, Gorgonzola, caramelized onions, garlic and fresh herbs. This bread is made in just minutes using the Master Dough recipe from ‘Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day’.
Served in hearty slices, it makes a stupendous main dish. In small squares it is a wonderful appetizer.
It’s good enough to make your tongue slap your brain silly…
