Description

An ultra low-sugar raspberry jam that can be altered to include almost any fruit!

Ingredients

  • 6 cups Fresh Raspberries, Packed
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • ⅔ cups Sugar
  • 1 envelope No-sugar Pectin

Preparation

Combine fresh fruit and lemon juice in stock pot. Bring to a full boil. Slowly add sugar, stirring continuously to prevent lumps. Add pectin. Remove from heat and fill clean canning jars.

Mix and match different blends of fruit creating your own unique jam combinations!
