10-Minute Blueberry-Chia Seed Jam: No preservatives or pectin. Totally healthy and guilt free!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Blueberries (frozen Or Fresh)
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup Or Agave Nectar
  • 1-⅓ Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • ⅛ teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract

Preparation

In a pan, combine blueberries and maple syrup over medium-high heat. Cook for around 5 minutes until blueberries are broken down. Add chia seeds and cook for 5 more minutes stirring often until it thickens nicely. Remove from heat and let it cool. Add vanilla and mix.
