Fried zucchini fritters.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Combine milk, egg, zucchini, and cheese. Add to dry ingredients and mix until moist.
Heat cooking oil in a frying pan. Once oil is hot, add batter by large spoonful.
Cook on one side until edges turn brown then turn over and cookie the 2nd side until golden brown. Place on a paper towel covered plate to cool.
Best served hot. They are great alone or dipped in your favorite marinara sauce.
