Description

A yummy treat that only takes 3 ingredients! A little chocolatey, a little salty and a little nutty. PERFECT!

Ingredients

  • 4 cubes White Almond Bark
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 24 whole Ritz Crackers

Preparation

Melt the almond bark in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds and continuing for 30 second intervals until melted. (You may need more than 4 cubes. I don’t know why it varies sometimes).

Spread peanut butter over Ritz crackers and top with another cracker.

Drop the sandwich into the melted almond bark and flip over to coat the other side. Use a fork to carefully lift out the cracker and tap the fork on the side of the dish a few times. This helps to drain off a little more of the almond bark.

Place on wax paper and let set!

These are awesome! I usually dip half in white, chill…then the other half in dark. BIG hit at parties.
