Description

The best appetizer for any party or get together!

Ingredients

  • 12 whole Yellow Jalapeños
  • 24 whole Shrimp
  • 1 package Cream Cheese (8 Ounce Package)
  • 12 slices Mozzarella Or Monterey Cheese
  • 12 pieces Bacon
  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
  • 2 whole Scallions

Preparation

After washing the yellow peppers, open them up and remove seeds and veins without removing the tops and stems.

Stuff the center of the pepper with 1 or 2 shrimps (peeled and without tail), some cream cheese and a slice of cheese, then wrap the pepper in bacon. (You can use a toothpick to keep the bacon in place)

Place the peppers in a baking dish and pop them in the oven at 350 degrees F for about 20-40 minutes or until bacon is done.

For the dipping sauce…..

Just mix the soy sauce and the lemon juice and add chopped scallions!

*I made 12 of these but really you can make less … Also, these yellow jalapeños are not as hot as regular green jalapeños so don’t worry about these being too hot

Enjoy!!!
