Description

Patatas Bravas: simple, full of flavor and highly addictive. These are vegetarian, vegan, kosher and gluten-free.

Ingredients

  • 6  Potatoes
  • ¼ cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • FOR THE BRAVAS SAUCE:
  • 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise Regular Or Vegan
  • 3 dashes Hot Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sweet Or Smoked Paprika
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • ⅛ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 3 Tablespoons Water

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
2. Arrange potatoes in a single layer in a large cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt.
3. Bake at 375ºF for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Are the potatoes sliced before baking? If so, how thick?

Just a quick question, are the potatoes baked and then sliced prior to serving with the sauce?
Thanks!
