Description

Cocktail meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Diced, Seeded Jalapeno Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • ¼ cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Crushed Black Pepper
  • 2 pounds Pre-cooked Meatballs, Use Your Favorite Recipe Or Store Bought (I Use All Beef Meatballs)

Preparation

Keep meatballs frozen until ready to use.

Mix all ingredients (except the meatballs) together in a bowl. (The jalapeno is optional so leave it out if you do not like it with too much kick. However if you de-seed it, this adds just the right amount of heat).

Place meatballs in a baking dish and pour sauce ingredients over the balls! Cover with aluminum foil and cook at 350 degrees (F) for 35 minutes or until cooked through and bubbling!

My family and I regularly take this dish to friends/ family gatherings and it’s always a real crowd pleaser! Trust me…it’s delicious!!!
