Description

Extra crunchy sweet and salty finger-licking good granola!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rolled Oats
  • 6 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Sliced Almonds
  • 1 cup Walnuts Or Pecans
  • ¾ cups Sweetened Shredded Coconut
  • ¼ cups Canola Oil
  • ¾ teaspoons Salt
  • 6 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 cup Craisins

Preparation

Preheat oven to 250ºF.

Combine oats, sugar, nuts, and coconut in a large bowl.

Combine oil, salt, and honey in a second bowl. Mix oil mixture into oats to evenly coat.

Place mixture on 2 sheet pans. Make sure to spread out mixture evenly.

Bake for an hour and 15 minutes, occasionally stirring to achieve even color. After baking, place granola in a bowl and mix in the Craisins.

Make sure to store granola in an airtight container.
