Description

This dip is easy to pull together, making it even more addicting!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • ½ cups Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach, Washed Thoroughly
  • 1 can 14 Oz Can Quartered Artichoke Hearts, Drained
  • 1 dash Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Sea Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 dash Freshly Grated Black Pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Cream the cream cheese in an electric mixer until well decimated.

Add in sour cream, spinach, and artichoke heart pieces one at a time, blending well after each addition.

Turn off mixer and stir in garlic powder, salt, Cajun seasoning, and black pepper.

Pour into an 8×8 baking dish and bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes, until bubbly and turning slightly golden on top.

Very easy. I was craving spinach artichoke dip and this definitely hit the spot. I didn’t use a full can of artichokes and didn’t have Cajun spice on hand. Still good flavor with my amendments. I could definitely make this for a potluck or party.
