These little appetizers won’t last long! Easy and irresistible, I bet you can’t eat just one!
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a cake pan or jelly roll pan with tin foil (for easy cleanup).
Cut bacon into thirds. Wrap each Little Smokie wiener with one of the pieces of bacon; secure with a toothpick. Place Smokies in the pan. Sprinkle one cup of light brown sugar over the top of the Smokies.
Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes, until bacon is cooked and brown sugar has created a glaze over the Smokies. Remove from the pan and place on a platter so they don’t sit in the grease in the pan.
