Description

I bet you haven’t had Sloppy Joes like these before!

Ingredients

  • 20 whole Ridges Potato Chips
  • 2 cups Leftover Sloppy Joes
  • 2 slices American Cheese
  • 20 whole Pickle Slices

Preparation

Start by preheating the oven on medium broil.

In a single layer, place the potato chips on a baking sheet. Spoon a generous amount of hot Sloppy Joes on each chip. Top with cheese and a pickle on each chip.

Bake for 2-3 minutes under the broiler or until the potato chips just start to brown and the cheese is melted.

Enjoy!

Hey! I think you’re the only person I know (besides me) who puts dill pickles on their sloppy joe’s! I now don’t feel so alone. : )

I had made Ree’s Sloppy Joe Recipe and froze the leftovers. When I saw this, I pulled the container out of the freezer – this was AWESOME!! From now on, I’ll be making Sloppy Joes just to make nachos! Thanks for the recipe – terrific!
