Great substitution for potato chips, this is healthy and delicious! Made simpler by using cooking spray of your choice instead of bottled oils.
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Wash and dry kale and tear into bite-sized pieces (I prefer to remove stems).
3. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
4. Arrange kale leaves on cookie sheet, curly side up.
5. Spray lightly with cooking spray, then salt lightly.
6. Bake 10-12 minutes or until crispy.
7. Enjoy!
