Description

This is soo easy, you’d be missing out just by not making it! No need to heat up the kitchen or dirty any pots for this crowd pleaser. Just grab the food processor and whip this baby up and let the fun begin!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground Cumin
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Paprika
  • ⅛ teaspoons Cayenne Pepper, If You Dare
  • Kosher Salt To Taste, Around 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Fresh Cracked Black Pepper

Preparation

Add all ingredients to the work bowl of a food processor.

Turn your food processor on and let it work some magic until the consistency is as smooth as you like it.

Then just plop it all in a bowl and serve with your favorite chips! I used the Garden of Eatin’s Red Hot and Blues tortilla chips for some extra heat and deliciousness.

I liked the spices in this, but there just wasn’t enough moisture as written. I added some water, EVOO, and lime juice and it added a nice touch. We enjoyed it with some corn chips.
