Description

If you need to whip up a healthy bean dip quickly, this super easy recipe uses low-fat ingredients for those who are counting their calories. It would also be good rolled up in a tortilla.

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces, weight Canned Black Beans, Rinsed And Drained
  • ½ cups Low-fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 ounces, weight Light Cream Cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces, weight Canned Green Chiles

Preparation

Pour the beans into a mixing bowl and smash them with a fork. Stir in the remaining ingredients. And then dive in!
