Description

One of my favorite holiday recipes. So easy and so tasty!

Ingredients

  • 3 cans 6 Oz Each, Green And Black Olives, With Or Without Pits
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Peeled And Smashed
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 whole Orange, Zest Only
  • 2 sprigs Rosemary

Preparation

Place olives in a bowl. Add garlic, salt, and red pepper flakes. Drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat. Transfer olive mixture to aluminum foil and top with orange zest and rosemary sprigs. Double wrap all ingredients in aluminum foil, and bake at 450 F for 15 minutes. Serve warm.

An alternative to the aluminum foil would be to place in a pie pan and cover with aluminum foil. I just like to use aluminum foil because I can throw it away when I’m done. Less dishes to do!
