This a great for any party. Especially when our gardens are thriving and producing lots of radishes and other veggies. Serve with crackers, toast points, and/or celery. This is actually traditionally French.
Roughly chop radishes.
Add to softened butter in a food processor.
Blend and begin to add salt to taste. It should be creamy, radishy, and slightly salty.
