Prosciutto Wrapped Breadsticks

Description
These prosciutto wrapped breadsticks are crunchy and creamy, savory yet slightly sweet, and full of flavor.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened (I Used A Combination Of Fat Free And Light)
- 1 whole Lemon, Zest And Juice
- 1 clove Garlic, Chopped
- ½ cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 2 Tablespoons Chives, Chopped
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 20 slices Thinly Sliced Prosciutto
- 5 cups Arugula Leaves, More Or Less As Desired
- 20 whole Skinny Breadsticks
Preparation
In a medium sized bowl combine the cream cheese and the next four ingredients (through chives). Taste for seasoning and add salt and pepper to taste.
Lay out one piece of prosciutto and top with arugula leaves. Spread cream cheese mixture onto a breadstick and wrap it with the arugula and prosciutto. Top with freshly ground black pepper.
