This is one of my husband’s staple foods any time we have get-togethers during football season. Or UFC fights.
Let the bread dough rise according to the directions on the package.
Clean your countertop surface. Put oil on counter and spread oil out to about 12 to 18 inches long by 4 to 6 inches wide. Put dough on top and spread to the same size. Try not to spread the dough too thin or it will tear.
Take 6 tablespoons of spaghetti sauce and spread it on the dough.
Next, take pepperoni and spread it down the middle of the dough, then add the cheese, followed by the ham.
Fold over each side lengthwise, make sure it overlaps so the sauce, and other contents don’t ooze out too much. Next, fold in the sides.
Lightly oil a cookie sheet and cook for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool for 10 minutes and then slice and serve. (Some like to have warm spaghetti sauce to dip this in, but others just like it plain, so it’s up to your group and their likes/dislikes.)
