Description

These super easy peanut butter pretzel bites require no baking, and can be ready to eat in just a few minutes.

Ingredients

  • 6 Tablespoons Peanut Butter, Creamy
  • ¼ cups Powdered Sugar
  • 60  Pretzels, Snaps Or Twists (approximately)
  • 2 ounces, weight Almond Bark
  • Sprinkles Or Nonpareils

Preparation

Combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until well mixed. Make small balls of peanut butter mixture and press them between two pretzels.

Place almond bark in a small dish and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely melted and smooth.

Place sprinkles or nonpareils in a small dish. Dip one end of sandwiched pretzels into almond bark, and then into sprinkles. Place on wax paper. Chill 10-20 minutes until almond bark is set.

They were super easy and very tasty! And they look like they are way more time-consuming than they are! Next time I would add a little more powdered sugar since my peanut butter mixture was sticky and a little harder to work with.
