Description

My sister-in-law’s most yummy stuffed mushrooms. So easy to make and delicious!!! A hit at any party!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Mushrooms
  • 2 Tablespoons Cooking Oil
  • ¼ cups Onion, Chopped
  • ⅓ cups Bread Crumbs
  • 3 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ⅛ teaspoons Oregano

Preparation

Clean mushrooms. Remove stems. Place caps open side up in a greased baking dish; set aside.

Finely chop mushroom stems.

In skillet, heat oil. Add chopped mushroom stems and onions. Saute over low heat until onion is lightly brown. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt and oregano and add this mixture to the mushrooms and onions. Heat through.

Scoop mixture into each mushroom caps. Bake in 400F degree oven for 15 – 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and tops are browned.
