Description

How to marinate olives the Spanish tapas way.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Pitted Olives
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • White Wine Vinegar (several Cups, Enough To Cover The Olive Mixture)

Preparation

Chop the garlic and add it to the olives. Add paprika and dried oregano and mix. Cover with vinegar and seal in a jar.
Marinate for 3 days in the fridge.
