A healthier take on a Southern classic!
Preheat broiler on high.
Whisk flour and eggs together. Add in Worcestershire, hot sauce, garlic powder, cayenne, chili powder and pepper and mix well.
Pour panko bread crumbs into a bowl. Dip pickles in egg mixture and then in the panko crumbs. Place on a nonstick baking sheet with a rack.
Cook on each side for about 3 minutes or until pickles are a nice golden brown. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
