Light appetizers with cream cheese, cheddar and green chilies. How could you go wrong with those ingredients?!
Combine first 6 ingredients. Spread ½ cup of mixture over each tortilla; roll tortillas jelly roll style. Place each rolled tortilla into a large Ziplock bag. Refrigerate up to 8 hours or overnight. Cut each roll into 12 slices. Serve with picante sauce for dipping.
NOTE: These can easily be frozen. To freeze, wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap. Can be frozen for up to 3 months. To serve, thaw and cut into pieces.
