These were delicious and simple. I didn’t have any garlic salt so I added a couple of minced garlic cloves instead. Very good!

Description
An easy appetizer that’s a big hit at potlucks.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Fresh Mushrooms
- ¼ cups White Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Oil, Preferably Olive Oil
- ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
- ¼ teaspoons Garlic Salt
- ½ teaspoons Minced Parsley
Preparation
Wash mushrooms and put in a medium saucepan.
Add vinegar and salt. Boil for 10 minutes.
Drain liquid. Add oil and seasonings. Refrigerate.
