This cucumber dish is a delightful blend of sweet and spicy.
I prefere the cucumbers de-skinned, but my husband likes them with the skin, so it’s your preference.
Slice the cucmbers thinly and place in a bowl with all of the ingredients, making sure all cucumbers are drenched. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Serve chilled as an appetizer, or just to eat as a snack. Enjoy!
