Description

Everything you get on a baked potato when you order it “loaded.” You can’t find anything more delicious and easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 container (16 Oz. Container) Sour Cream
  • 1 envelope (1 Oz. Envelope) Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 8 ounces, weight Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 6 slices Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
  • 6 whole Green Onions, Sliced

Preparation

In a small bowl, mix together sour cream and ranch dressing mix. Spread into the bottom of your preferred serving dish. Sprinkle with the shredded cheese, bacon, and green onions. Serve with your choice of dippers (I prefer corn chips).

I’ve made this for a few different gatherings now & it is always a HUGE hit. Super easy to make; I like to mix up the ranch & sour cream and cook the bacon ahead of time then assemble it all just before serving. Kids love this one, too!

I turned my mom onto this website and she found this recipe and when I tried it I was hooked. I love loaded baked potatoes so I had to make it myself. I didn’t have dry ranch dressing but I did have ranch dressing. I used that with less sour cream and it still came out great. I had some the following day and it was even better. I will def. make this again and refrigerate it for a bit before serving. YUM YUM
