Description

Spicy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole Fresh Jalapenos, Seeded And Chopped
  • ½ cans (4 Oz. Can) Chopped Green Chilis
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • ¼ cups Sour Cream
  • ¼ cups Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • ⅔ cups Shredded Fiesta Cheese
  • ¼ cups (or To Taste) Bacon Bits (real Bacon)
  • ¼ cups Panko Bread Crumbs
  • ¼ cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400F.

Chop jalapenos into small pieces. For a spicy dip, add part of the seeds; the more you add the hotter it will be. I normally do half the seeds.

Combine jalapenos, green chili peppers, cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, garlic powder, salt, chili powder, fiesta cheese and bacon bits in a mixer. Spread in a baking dish and top with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.

Bake for 15 minutes. Turn on broiler and broil for 3 minutes to brown bread crumbs. Do not cover.

I’ve never tried it on a baked potato, but I bet that would be great!
