Description

Cumin, lemon, lemon zest and garlic bring out the best flavor of meat.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Cilantro
  • 1 Tablespoon Finely Grated Lemon Zest
  • 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
  • ¼ cups Chicken Broth
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Crushed
  • 2 teaspoons Jalapeno, De-Seeded And Pureed
  • ½ teaspoons Salt, Or To Taste
  • 2 pounds Chicken Wings

Preparation

1. Combine cilantro, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, chicken broth, garlic, jalapeno and salt in a bowl and blend.
2. Add the chicken and coat evenly.
3. Cover the bowl or put it in a re-sealable plastic bag for marinating overnight or for at least 4 hours.
4. Preheat the grill. Oil the surface with cooking spray and grill the chicken for 10 minutes each sides or until it is cooked properly. Let it rest for at least 10 minutes before serving.
