Description

Lightened up version of hot artichoke dip with 3 cheeses—the secret ingredient is Laughing Cow spreadable cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Artichoke Hearts, Quartered
  • 3 ounces, weight Laughing Cow Light Herb And Garlic Spreadable Cheese
  • ¼ cups Mayonnaise, Low-fat
  • ½ cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded, Low-fat
  • ½ cups Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Drain and roughly chop artichoke hearts.
3. Thoroughly mix everything together in a bowl with a spoon.
4. Scrape mixture into a shallow oven-proof dish.
5. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until warm and bubbly.
6. Serve with crackers, chips and vegetables.

Delish. I think I used a little swiss cheese too since I had it on hand. A great way to cut the calories, but get that savory dip!
