An easy, addicting appetizer that will have your guests wanting more!
Drain the amount of pickles needed, per slices of ham in package.
Lay ham slices on paper towel, pat dry.
Spread softened cream cheese on ham slices.
Dry pickles with paper towel.
Starting at one end of ham slice, roll pickle up with cream cheese.
Chill in fridge to harden cream cheese. (makes for easier cutting)
Slice pickles vertically, discarding ends. Arrange on serving platter, or pie plate.
Enjoy!!!
**can be made, and refrigerated the night before serving**
**can easily be doubled for more servings**

I LOVE THESE!! I’ve always heard them as “green-eyes” — there’s nothing better than cream cheese, a piece of ham and a salty pickle w/ a nice crunch! Great snack!

If you get some good sliced baked ham from the deli, these will be better than if you use that packaged stuff. But, I agree they sound good. I think I will put some hot mustard or dill in with the cream cheese.

Have had these and they are really good, once you have had one you have to have more . Like chips, you can’t eat just one. They are alway a big hit when she takes them to parties.
