Description

This is creamy, zesty and crunchy and will fill your stomach up with sunshine. And happiness. And guacamole.

Ingredients

  • 3 whole Very Ripe Avocados
  • 1 whole Small Tomato, Seeded And Diced
  • 1 whole Lime, Juiced
  • ¼ whole Red Onion, Diced
  • 1 whole Clove Garlic, Minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Jarred Jalapenos, Diced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Preparation

Put all of the ingredients except the avocado in a large bowl. Scoop avocado out of its peel and into the bowl and discard the pit. Using a fork, or potato masher, mash all ingredients, mixing as you mash until it reaches the desired thinness/thickness you want–(I love a thicker guacamole.)
