My Southern grandmother’s own recipe for good, rich, greasy sausage balls. Perfect as an appetizer!
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2) Combine sausage, cheeses, and biscuit mix in a large bowl. Add enough water to allow the ingredients to stick together. (Usually about 1/4 cup or so.)
3) Form sausage mixture into 1 inch balls. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
4) After cooking, drain on paper towels before serving.
