Greasy and undignified deliciousness!
1. Wash and vertically halve the peppers. Scoop out seeds.
2. Mix together cheeses, chili powder and cumin.
3. Generously stuff each pepper half with the cheese mixture.
4. Beat together egg and milk. Place breadcrumbs and flour on separate plates.
5. Dredge the stuffed pepper halves in flour, egg/milk and finally cover in breadcrumbs.
6. Cook in oil heated to 350F for about 1 minute on each side.
7. Serve with some ranch dressing, a glass of water and an antacid.
