This pumpkin dip is an old favorite. A simple, tasty treat when served with gingersnaps, apples or pears.
In a food processor (or in a bowl by hand), pulse the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar and spices and blend well.
Empty cream cheese mixture into a bowl, add the pumpkin puree, and mix well.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Can you use regular cream cheese instead of light or reduced fat?

This was so great. I’ve made it to take to 3 different funtions since you posted it. I’ve served it with Gingersnaps, brown sugar and cinnamon cookies and Anna’s Swedish Style Ginger thins…the ginger thins were the best imo.
I used 2tbsp of pumkin pie spice..and then added a few more dashes after tasting it again.
Thanks for sharing this yummy and super easy treat.

Made it the Wednesday before Thanksgiving for us to snack on. Turned out great! I have a slightly heavy hand with the spices and I also threw in a dash (about 1/4 tsp) allspice. Thanks for the recipe!
