Description

This dip is so simple yet so good! IF we have every have any left, my husband and I like to use it on our breakfast tacos.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (8 Oz. Package) Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 16 ounces, weight Jimmy Dean Sausage
  • 1 can (10 Oz. Can) Rotel

Preparation

Place softened cream cheese in a bowl. I like to stir my cream cheese so there aren’t any lumps left. Brown your sausage and drain. Add sausage and Rotel to your cream cheese. Mix all together and enjoy with your favorite chips.

I make this dip as well…but we use 2 blocks of cream cheese….2 lbs of sausage (1 hot…1 regular)….and 2 cans of rotel (drain 1)…brown sausage-drain-mix with other ingredients and bake at 350 until it bubbles….YUM!!!!! We serve with scoops and people LOVE it!

I have had this dip without the sausage and I really like it. Sausage has to be a good addition!

A friend at church made this for a get-together one time and it has become one of my all-time favorites. We usually mix everything on the stove, melting the cream cheese and mixing in the sausage and rotel–so, so good! :)
