Description

We used to serve these at my high school basketball games (Dragon was our mascot). They are the perfect easy snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Hamburger Or Sausage, Browned
  • 1  Onion, Finely Diced
  • 1 can Rotel Tomatoes, Choose Your Favorite Flavor, 10 Ounce Can
  • 1 package Velveeta Cheese, Cubed, 2 Pound Block
  • 2  Jalapenos, Finely Diced
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Corn, Drained
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Or Chili Beans, Drained
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips, For Serving, 12 Ounce Bag

Preparation

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the hamburger with the onion and once the meat is browned, drain any fat.

In a crockpot, combine the hamburger mixture and the rest of the ingredients. Turn to low and stir periodically until melted.

Serve over or with tortilla chips. This recipe is very forgiving-you can add just about anything and it will be delicious!

Reminds me of the Nachos served in our highschool cafeteria. Wonder if the Lunch Ladies were cousins ;-) LOL Was always a favorite.
