Description

The perfect deviled eggs, if you ask me. LOL!

It was sort of my mom’s recipe, but I’ve changed a few things to get it exactly how I like it.

Ingredients

  • 18 whole Eggs, Hard-Boiled
  • 3 Tablespoons (heaping) Of Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Dill Pickle Relish
  • 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Brown Mustard

Preparation

Place eggs in a large wide saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil for 12 minutes. Remove eggs and and cool in refrigerator.

Remove shells from eggs and slice in half lengthwise. Separate egg yolks and place into a bowl.

Place whites on a separate plate.

Add mayo, mustard, relish and salt and pepper, to taste, to yolks and mash together with a fork until creamy
and smooth.

Using a large star tip and resealable plastic bag, pipe the yolk mixture back into each egg, enough to fill yolk holes completely.

Dust tops with paprika.

Refrigerate.

Serve cold.

I’m not a fan of devilled eggs, but the rest of my family is! They love this recipe and my husband says it’s better than his mom’s. Shhh! Don’t tell her!
