Description

You better start writing out your will because once you eat this, you will start feeling your arteries clog and cholesterol go up! But if you make this only once a year, it can’t do that much harm! Right?

This recipe is perfect for football season tailgates or parties! Serve with tortilla chips or soft pretzels.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (16 Oz. Package) Pepper Jack Velveeta
  • ½ whole Onion, Minced
  • 8 ounces, fluid Beer
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1-½ cup Sour Cream

Preparation

Cut up the Velveeta into cubes so that you can melt it in a saucepan over medium heat. Once the cheese is melted, add all the other ingredients to the saucepan and whisk it well until fully incorporated. Heat it till it reaches a slight boil.

Serve it with tortilla chips or soft pretzels.

I’m glad you added me as a friend. Your recipes are so deliciously American. I miss that! And I miss Ranch dressing! This dip sounds so good!

Last night I made it and used Jalapeno Ranch Dressing instead of Regular Ranch Dressing….it had some major kick! Loved it!
