Cucumber rolls with sour cream and caviar.
With the vegetable peeler, start slicing the cucumber into long and thin slices from one side like you will peel it, and continue doing so till you get to the center of the cucumber. Turn the cucumber over and do the same thing.
After you’re done, start rolling the thin and long slice and put it on a serving plate. If it doesn’t stay, use a toothpick to hold it together. With a teaspoon, put a little sour cream on each slice of cucumber and then top with caviar.
You can serve this immediately or keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
