Cool, crispy dip for your veggies or pita chips. And it turns pink!
Julienne radishes, zest lemon, and chop dill.
Mix together sour cream, feta and lemon juice. Fold in radishes, lemon zest, salt and dill.
Chill for at least 1 hour. Mix again and it will become more and more pink!
Enjoy with pita chips or veggies.
