Description

A creamy dip that combines the flavors of some of my favorite dips.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (8 Oz. Size) Cream Cheese, Softened
  • ½ cups Mayonnaise
  • ½ cups Milk
  • 4 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cooked And Shredded
  • 1 whole Red Bell Pepper, Finely Chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons Jalapeno Peppers, Minced (optional, Leave Out If You Don't Want Too Much Heat)
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Hot Sauce, Frank's Recommended
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1-½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¾ teaspoons Pepper
  • 1 package (8 Oz. Size) Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese

Preparation

Combine softened cream cheese with the mayo and milk. Mix in the shredded chicken, red pepper, jalapeno pepper (if using), lemon juice, Frank’s hot sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix well and then add shredded pepper-jack cheese. Place in a pyrex and bake in a 350ºF oven for about 30-35 minutes until hot and bubbly.

Enjoy!

This really sounds good. Have you ever tried it as a casserrole by adding more chicken, maybe some green chilies and perhaps layering it with chips or tortillas or stiring in some cooked rice?

My family LOVED this dip! We used one very, very large jalapeno and Habanero Jack cheese and felt no heat so we may kick it up a notch next time. Made it for a party that turned out to be only 4 plus our family of 4 and the whole dish was gone! YUM! Thanks for sharing.
